- Trusted Shipping Partners: All orders are shipped through reliable, third-party logistics partners, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, FedEx, and other leading couriers to ensure wide coverage across India.
- Free Shipping Threshold: We offer absolutely free shipping on all orders with a total value of ₹1299 and above(after any discounts are applied).
- Standard Shipping Fee: A nominal shipping and handling fee will be applied to orders below ₹1299, calculated at checkout.
- Order Processing Time: We typically process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery timelines vary based on location but generally range from 3-7 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.
- Secure Packaging: All products are meticulously packed in secure, food-grade, and temperature-appropriate packaging to maintain freshness and quality during transit.
Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the perishable and edible nature of our products, we operate a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.
General Refund Policy (Non-Refundable)
Given that our products are edible goods, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the order has been shipped. We cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or subjective taste preferences.
Exceptions (Returns for Replacement Only)
We will gladly offer a return and replacement with a new product only in the following specific cases:
- Damaged Product: If the product arrived physically damaged due to transit.
- Defective/Expired Product: If the product is defective, stale, or past its expiration date upon delivery.
Replacement Procedure
- Immediate Notification Required: You must notify us of the damage or defect within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your Order ID and clear photographic evidence of the damaged or defective item and the package itself.
- Replacement Guarantee: If the claim is verified, we will dispatch a replacement product to you at no additional shipping charge.
- Return Shipping Responsibility: In cases where a physical return of the damaged product is necessary, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that the original shipping and handling fees associated with your initial purchase are non-refundable. Only the product cost is covered by the replacement guarantee.
